Who can review
Anyone who can show they bought a challenge or held a funded account with the firm. We accept an invoice, a receipt, a payment confirmation or a dashboard screenshot showing the firm, the product and a date. You may blur amounts and personal details — we only need those three things.
What we do with your document
One person on our team checks it, marks the review verified, and deletes the file. We do not keep proofs after verification and we never pass them to the firm.
What gets removed
Abuse, doxxing, competitor sabotage, affiliate links, and reviews we can show to be fraudulent. Nothing is removed for being negative. Every removal is logged with a reason.
Right of reply
A listed firm can post one public reply under any review, shown directly beneath it. A firm cannot edit, hide or have a review taken down, and paying us changes none of this.
When a trader score appears
Once a firm has ten verified reviews. Below that we show the individual reviews but no aggregate number, because an average of four reviews tells you about four people rather than about the firm.
