What this site is

An independent publication that documents the published terms of proprietary trading firms, scores them against a rubric we publish in full, and collects verified reviews and payout proofs from traders.

We are not a prop firm, a broker, an investment firm or a financial adviser. We do not hold client money, execute trades or manage anyone's capital. We have no contractual relationship with the firms whose rules we document, other than the commercial arrangements disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page.

Nothing here is financial advice

Everything on this site is general information about publicly available products. It takes no account of your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance, and it is not a recommendation to buy anything or to trade at all.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Most people who buy an evaluation do not pass it, and money spent on evaluation fees is generally not recoverable. The decision, and the risk, are entirely yours.

Accuracy, and its limits

We record firm data from the firms' own documents and date every field. We re-check on a schedule and log changes publicly. We do this carefully, and we still cannot guarantee that a field is current at the moment you read it — a firm can edit its terms an hour after our last check.

Always verify a rule on the firm's own terms page before you pay. Where our record and the firm's current terms disagree, the firm's terms govern your relationship with the firm, not our record. If you find a discrepancy, tell us and we will re-check it publicly, usually the same day.

Accounts

An account is free. You must be over 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that submits falsified proof documents, posts fraudulent reviews, attempts to manipulate the points system, scrapes the site at scale, or abuses other users. Where we close an account for falsified submissions, any accumulated points are forfeited.

Reviews and user content

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display and translate it on this site and in our newsletter, for as long as it remains published.

You confirm that a review describes your own experience, that you are not affiliated with the firm or a competitor, and that the proof you submit is genuine and yours.

We remove content for abuse, doxxing, competitor sabotage, affiliate links, and demonstrable fraud. We do not remove content for being negative, and no firm can pay to have a review removed. The full policy is on the review policy page.

Points and rewards

Points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as money. They are redeemable only against evaluations we purchase on your behalf from listed firms, subject to availability.

Points post after we verify a submission. Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity; any review, proof or purchase resets the clock. We may adjust or reverse points awarded on a submission later found to be inaccurate, and we will tell you why.

We may change the rewards programme with notice. Points already earned will be honoured under the terms they were earned on for at least 90 days after any change.

Some links on this site are affiliate links and we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no additional cost to you. Commission rates are not an input to any part of our scoring. This is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page.

Third-party sites

When you follow a link to a firm you leave this site and enter that firm's relationship with you, governed by its terms and its privacy policy. We are not a party to that relationship and cannot resolve disputes within it, though we will document a firm's conduct where we can verify it.

Our content

The text, the scoring rubric and the structured data on this site are ours. You may quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions or scrape the dataset for a competing product without written permission — though we do share the rule-change dataset with journalists and researchers free of charge, so ask before scraping.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, evaluation fees, lost profits, or losses arising from a firm's conduct, insolvency or refusal to pay.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and, for account holders, by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by Czech law, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
